Position Summary

While you have the freedom to set your own schedule, successful agents typically work from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Our agents play a crucial role in educating clients about their health insurance options and making personalized recommendations based on their needs. As non-captive, independent agents, we prioritize what's best for our clients, offering unbiased advice and recommendations. We don't believe in high-pressure sales tactics or quotas, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships. However, we do offer exciting incentives like bonuses and luxury trips to destinations such as Italy, France, and our upcoming trip to Mexico.

We're looking for professional-minded individuals with excellent communication skills and the self-discipline to work independently from home. The ideal candidate is confident, self-motivated, and driven by a commitment to excel in their field.

Full-time agents who dedicate themselves to specializing in this space often achieve six-figure incomes, with many reaching this milestone within their first year. This is a 1099 contract position.

With these products, you’ll often outmatch the competition and rarely encounter another agent with similar offerings.

Job Duties

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to clients

  • Schedule appointments with prospective clients who express interest in our benefits

  • Present and explain insurance products and benefits packages via Zoom or telephone

  • Sell and upsell insurance products to new and existing clients

  • Assist clients with completing insurance applications

  • Participate in online training sessions

  • Coordinate with underwriters to finalize client coverage

Requirements

  • Active license to sell life, health, and accident insurance

  • Maintain Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance

  • Home office setup with a computer, reliable internet, and quality phone service

  • Basic computer skills

  • Strong commitment to personal and professional growth
